Insoles are sealed all around - heat treated. After trimming, the shape is maintained, but there is an increase in the front part of the material at the point of trimming, which compresses the foot after putting it on in the shoe to shape it exactly. Trimming is done according to the shape outlined in the toe with sharp scissors on the back by squeezing the material between two fingers.
