Terms of payment
The seller undertakes to deliver the goods specified in the order to the buyer. The order is binding, it must be submitted in writing via the website, based on it the seller will produce the product within 2 working days at the latest and send it to the buyer on the next day for cash on delivery. If it is a form of payment in advance to the account, the product will be manufactured and shipped only after the financial amount has been credited to the account. If the requested goods are not in stock, the buyer will be informed of this fact. The buyer undertakes to collect the goods and pay the agreed purchase price according to the method of selection of the form of payment and delivery during registration. The right to payment of the purchase price arises for the seller on the date of fulfillment of the obligation. If the customer does not accept the goods and returns them to the sender, he is obliged to pay the postage in favor of the seller. Sales are made after ordering via the e-shop only to end customers.
Method of payment via e-shop
The buyer can pay the price of the goods:
payment in advance by VISA, MASTER CARD payment card (in preparation)
payment in advance by bank transfer to the company's account
Note: earning loyalty points applies only to end customers
Delivery date
The ordered goods will be manufactured within 2 days and sent by the GLS delivery service the next day at the latest. Due to the fact that the shipment is delivered to the customer personally, it is necessary that the telephone contact be listed in the order. Customer service always contacts the customer via SMS before handing over.
For end customers who order goods through the e-shop, with a value of goods up to € 58.99 - the price of postage and packaging is the same when paying by card or by bank transfer in advance. When purchasing goods with a value exceeding € 59, the seller pays the postage and packaging. The sale of footwear is not exempt from postage. If the order includes shoes, the basic postage is added, even if the total amount is higher than € 59. If you pay in advance to the account, we send the goods immediately after crediting the payment to the sender's account.
Ownership rights to goods
Ownership is transferred to the buyer at the moment of taking over the goods, the only condition is full payment of the agreed purchase price.
Warranty conditions
In the event that defects in the goods occur during the warranty period after the goods have been taken over by the buyer, the buyer can make a legitimate claim. The length of the warranty period is governed by the relevant provisions of the amendment to the Civil Code Act No. 89/2012 Coll. and the Consumer Protection Act (24 months).
The right to apply the warranty expires in the following cases:
damage to the goods that occurred during transport
damage to goods caused by wear and tear
damage to goods caused by improper use
inability of the customer to prove the origin of the goods with a tax document
Complaint
The buyer must notify the seller of detected defects in writing (by e-mail) after previous telephone contact. In the written notification, the buyer shall state the detected defects, i.e. what kind of defects they are and how they are manifested. For the claim, it is necessary to submit a copy of the invoice and proof of payment and delivery of the goods whose defects are claimed.
The seller does not assume responsibility for damages resulting from the use of the goods, functional properties and damages from unprofessional use of the goods, as well as damages caused by external events and faulty handling or washing / i.e. contrary to the instructions given in the package leaflet/. Defects of this origin are not covered by the warranty. The seller undertakes to handle the complaint without unnecessary delay or to inform the customer about the progress of its handling.
The complaint applies to manufacturing defects. It does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear or improper use of the product.
Withdrawal from the purchase contract
In accordance with Act no. 367/2000 Coll. the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (the date of dispatch is decisive). The exception is for women's FLY FLOT shoes on sale at a discount, which are not covered by the warranty and cannot be returned as unsatisfactory.
Costs associated with transport and dispatch fees are not included in the guarantee. Refunds are made by bank transfer only.
The warranty does not apply to damaged, non-functional and used goods. If the buyer decides to withdraw within this period, he will send the goods to the address indicated in the contact section under the following conditions:
the goods must be in the original, undamaged packaging
they must not be used
it must be undamaged
must be complete (including accessories, instructions, etc.)
with a copy of the proof of purchase of the goods (invoice) in the online store,
must be returned by registered mail (not cash on delivery) to the address below, no later than 14 days after receiving it

The goods must be sent registered and insured, because we are not responsible for their possible loss on the way to us. It is also not possible to send the goods on cash on delivery, the goods sent in this way will not be accepted. If all the above-mentioned conditions for returning the goods are met, we will send the money by transfer to the ban account.
