Insoles TERRY CLOTH CUT-OFF with an additional heel wedge

Remove the old insole from the shoe and cut the new insole to fit. If this is not possible, use the printed size lines.

First cut the insoles to the desired size with scissors and then glue the FixGel wedge to the bottom of the insoles by removing the covering paper layer and then glue the higher part of the wedge inwards /for inward rotation - pronation/ or the higher part of the wedge outwards /for outward rotation - supination/. Press the joint with the palm of your hand so that it is firm enough. The insoles are supplied with a FixGel correction wedge size 25-40/women/ or size 41-47/men/.
