Heel pad has a wedge on the bottom. If having a problem with a pronation (heel turned inside) put the heel pad in a shoe with a raised edge inside.

In case of supination (heel turned outside) put the heel pad in a shoe with a raised edge ouside.

It helps to keep the foot in a correct angle.

It is made of a latex foam, a rubber-coated composite, and the upper is covered with a natural leather.
